• Immune System: helps our white blood cells functioning properly.
• Salivary and tear gland: for secretion; its absence can cause tongue and/or eye dryness.
• Heart: An important nutrient for heart rate control.
• Skin: First line of defense, important for cells, and sweat glands.

What is the solution?
